How much do your products cost?
Our windows and doors are available in many sizes and options- therefore installation can vary greatly from project to project. We cannot give you a reasonable estimate of the price of your particular project without accurately assessing the current condition of your windows and doors. We will also assess their existing openings. All of this is done during your in-home consultation. The price of your window(s) will depend on the size, styles, options and installation of the products that you choose. In addition, pricing may vary due to the size and scope of your project. During our hassle-free consultation, one of our replacement experts will give you a complete demonstration of our products and capabilities and will usually be able to give you a free estimate on the spot.
Why do I need an in-home appointment?
It is important that a consultant measure your window(s) from the inside and assess the extent of your replacement project in order to give you an accurate quote.
The in-home appointment carries no cost or obligation to purchase.
Do you do one window or door projects?
Absolutely. Moreover, there are no additional fees!
Why can't I install these windows myself?
We carry custom replacement windows designed for the busy "do it for me" homeowner.
We offer a start-to-finish replacement process (in-home estimate, custom-made windows and professional installation).
Our professional installers are trained to properly install our products. Unlike many competitors, we warrant the installation labor for three years. Proper installation is a key ingredient to energy efficiency- it assures the customer of the best possible window performance and optimum weather-tightness.
We cannot control the quality of our products unless we manage the project from start to finish.
What can you tell me about patio doors?
There are numerous options with patio doors. During our hassle- free consultation, one of our replacement experts will give you a complete demonstration of our products and capabilities and will usually be able to give you a free estimate on the spot. Alternatively, our showrooms carry most of our patio door products where you can demonstrate and test the products yourself.
Why do you prefer all of the homeowners present for the appointment?
If all interested parties are present during the in-home consultation, it allows the consultant to answer any questions or concerns.
It is not mandatory to have all parties present though we believe it is the most efficient method of communicating the details of a project to all interested parties.

How long will it take to get my new windows?
The current lead time is 5-8 weeks from signing contract to installation. Your consultant will be able to provide you with a more accurate timeline.
Is it wise to have my windows installed during winter? Shouldn't I wait?
Our professional installers install year round.
There is very minimal time between when the old window is removed and the new window is installed in the opening. We only take out one window at a time and put the new one in right away before going on to the next one.
Winter is the time when most people need replacement windows and doors the most... waiting does not help the problem. WindowPRO are experts in winter window installation.
Often times, we offer incentives during the winter to keep our valued installation partners busy all year around.
What are my color options?
We have an extremely broad range of interior and exterior color options as well as faux and real wood interiors.
Do you have windows/patio doors with blinds between the glass?
We do not offer blinds between the glass on any of our Marvin or Infinity from Marvin product lines. But, blinds between the glass are available on some of our entry door products. However, WindowPRO believes in quality and performance and we believe that blinds between the glass is an attractive option in theory but not in practice. Blinds between the glass have a tendency to become service issues, they are hard to keep clean and have a questionable effect on energy efficiency. Moreover, we believe blinds between the glass are not architecturally appealing.
