WindowPRO
Company History

WindowPRO (formerly known in Ohio as Renewal by Andersen) is privately owned and has a strong history of commitment to its business partners, employees and community.  

With more than 20,000 customers and over 200,000 products installed across the Midwest, not many companies can boast more knowledge of premium window brands.  Collectively, WindowPRO's employees and Installation partners have over 500 years of window and door experience.  WindowPRO has expertise installing most window and door brands including Andersen, Renewal by Andersen, Eagle, Marvin, Integrity from Marvin and Infinity from Marvin products. 

While we currently only sell the Marvin family of windows and patio doors, we continue to provide service to Andersen, Eagle and Renewal by Andersen products.

Our Project Managers, Installers and Service Technicians have been trained by each manufacturer we represent in the field.  Each of our Project Managers support our sales staff in ensuring our projects exceed customer expectations.    

WindowPRO does not seek to be the largest window and door company in the markets in which it competes – just the best.  Hence, we are not a home improvement company that sells all products for every application.  WindowPRO is not a "jack of all trades." We focus only on windows, entry doors, patio doors, storm doors and composite siding, so we can ensure that we are truly proficient in our field of expertise. 

WindowPRO is a family business with family values.  We believe if we take care of our customers and our employees, that our business will flourish.  Our founder, Herman W. Zahnow, always said, "if you take care of your customers and your employees – the rest takes care of itself."  

Like WindowPRO, Marvin is a family business and shares similar values which makes our relationship a natural fit.
